WELCOME!
Welcome to our shop! Thank you for stopping by Tiny Tim’s, we’re so glad your here!
Whether you are new here, or a returning customer please take a minute to read my shop policies, information and FAQ!

First of all I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Tiarra, I am a mama to 3 little people - Paizlee 14, Dierks 12, and Brooks 9. My shop started out 10 years ago mainly making for friends and family, and has now grown into ‘Tiny Tims’ and I’m so humbled and grateful to be creating for people from all over the world. This truly is my passion and calling in life and I am so incredibly thankful to be able to create all of these beautiful pieces specially made for you and your little ones! We are located near Weyburn SK, Canada. Everything is handmade by me in a smoke-free, pet-friendly environment. I do not have any employees working for me, so what you see is all produced by myself.

OUR FABRICS
I source my fabrics from other women entrepreneurs in Canada, mainly from right here in Saskatchewan. Our fabrics are as follows:
French Terry - 95% Cotton & 5% Spandex content. This fabric base is both soft & durable with amazing stretch and great recovery. It has a great mid-weight and is 270-280gsm. It is perfect for hoodies, crew necks, joggers, cardigans and leggings!
Sweater Knit
100% Cotton Spandex French Terry. This base is smooth & soft on the printed side with a large looped terry backing. It is a mid-heavy sweater weight with natural horizontal stretch and is 360-380gsm. It is excellent for our sweater styles & our Lounge Pants.
Bamboo French Terry - 67% Bamboo 28% Cotton 5% Spandex content. This fabric is very soft, mid weight and supple 245-265gsm. It has amazing stretch and recovery and is a great mix between our lighter bamboo and our heavier French Terry. It has excellent drape and is perfect for hoodies, crews, joggers & cardigans.
Brushed Cotton French Terry - 95% Cotton & 5% Spandex content. This is a new base for us! It has a nice soft, brushed front that is printed on and a low nap fuzzy backing. This is a bit of a mid-heavy weight at 280-290gsm. It offers a bit more thickness & warmth than our French Terry base and is a bit more "cozy" with the soft fuzzy backing. It is however the same nice stretch & recovery making it great for all of our hoodies, crews & jogger styles.
Bamboo Lycra - 95% Bamboo & 5% Spandex content. This fabric base is extremely soft, lightweight and has incredible drape. It also has amazing stretch and recovery. This is light weight and is 230-240gsm. It is a great base for tees, long sleeves, dresses, and lighter cardigans.
Brushed Athletic Knit - 85% Polyester & 15% Spandex content. This fabric base is soft and smooth with a good amount of structure. It has a lot of stretch and recovery and is a mid-heavy weight fabric with 300-320gsm. Athletic Knit is the perfect base for leggings.
Swim - 86% Polyester & 14% Spandex content with 50+UPF. This base is self explanatory, and our base for all swimwear. Not only is it stretchy and soft, it also provides 50+ UPF coverage from harmful UV rays.
Bliss - 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex content. This base is our thickest & warmest base. It is a double sided stretchy minky type fabric. It has a low nap and is soft & fuzzy on both sides. This is a heavy weight fabric at 355-375gsm. It offers a very warm feel and little breathability. This base makes great hoodies & crews for those who want to be WARM. Its also our base for all of our Minky Blankets!
Softshell - 100% Polyester. This fabric offers no stretch and has a smooth shell outer layer with a low nap fuzzy back inner layer. This is a very structured base at 290-310gsm and is water resistant. We use this base as an option for our Full Zip Jackets & Retro Half Zip Jackets.
Canvas - 100% Cotton. This fabric offers no stretch and is a true Canvas cotton fabric. It is printed at 230-350gsm, and is a nice mid weight. This is my favourite base for our Full Zip Jackets, Retro Half Zip Jackets & the only base we use for Shackets.
All of our fabric is pre washed and dried once it arrives to my shop. This means your items will all arrive to you ready to wear and will have no shrinkage! I recommend washing your clothing on a gentle cycle, inside out and with like colours then tumble drying on a low heat setting or hang to dry to increase the longevity of garments. Please do not leave garments in the washing machine as colours may bleed.

SIZING/FIT:
All styles fit differently! Some fit more snug, some more loose but you always want the best fit for you! Please use the size guide associated with the item that you're ordering! Handmade fits so differently than store bought and no two styles fit the same! To find our size guides - hop over to the SIZING page for all your fit help!

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I take all custom orders any time my shop is open. These are the only orders that are currently not available on the website as fabric inventory is limited. All ordering for Custom Orders is done via the blue ‘Message’ button at the top of my Facebook Page. All custom orders are 100% made exactly for you so therefore payment must be made upfront to secure your order. I will not make or ship any orders that are not paid for in full unless we have made arrangements. My turn around is 6 weeks on all custom orders, and the timeline starts once payment is received. I take payment via EMT or PayPal (credit cards can be used through PayPal). If there are special circumstances that you need an order by a specific date please let me know, and I can try my hardest to work around your deadline.
PREORDERS:
If you are new here and interested in pre ordering please take a second to read this through. It contains all information you will need and will answer any questions you may have about the process.

•What is a pre order and why do I do them?- I offer pre orders so all of my customers have a chance to order exactly what they want in the fabric of their choice. I do not order copious amounts of one print into my shop as I like to be able to offer a wide variety of prints. This can result in more people than fabric so this gives you the opportunity to get exactly what you want!
•How long does a pre order take? - Because I am offering you a pre order that means I am ordering exactly what I need for all of my preorders plus some extra for retail. This means the fabric is then submitted for printing and manufacturing just for you! This process takes anywhere from 10-15 weeks from print to arriving to my shop. Please note that there can be delays, etc. and this timeline is always just an estimate. Fabric may arrive sooner than expected or could arrive later but 12-15 weeks is definitely the ‘normal’ timeframe. Please order sizes according to this timeline!
•How long after you’ve received the fabric until my order arrives? - The size of the pre order depicts the timeline it takes for me to get through all pre orders and have them out to you. Standard wait time is about 2-3 weeks for me to process each pre order, but can be shorter or longer depending on the number of items pre ordered.

“Wow, that’s a long time to wait! I can’t wait that long”! - I realize that it is a long time to wait for an item, but it is definitely a great way to secure fabric for what you want - especially the fabric that sells super quickly! If this isn’t for you I do offer a wide variety of In Stock prints which can be used in a custom order at any time! Please do not order if you aren’t comfortable with the pre order timeline and guidelines.

IN STOCK / READY TO SHIP
From time to time I have items that become available if I’ve made the wrong size for a custom order, or just simply made an extra. These items are always posted to my Retail page. Once again I keep my Facebook page up to date with Retail drop dates, so follow along there and don’t miss out! All retail orders ship within 5 business days!

I offer shipping worldwide via Canada Post. The prices are as follows:
All of Canada
•$20 Flat Rate Shipping. Includes tracking & $100 insurance. I can add additional coverage to cover the entire total for an extra $10.
•$9 Lettermail shipping. Includes NO tracking, or insurance. This is at your own risk and I am not responsible for lost or wrecked packages. This option is only available for small kids items and 1 item total! Please do not choose lettermail if you are ordering an adult item or multiple kids sized items.
USA
•$25 Includes tracking & $100 insurance. I can add additional coverage for $10 extra.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As most of my clothing is custom made to order specifically for you I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. I highly recommend using the size guides and taking current measurements upon ordering in order to get the best fit for you! Keep in mind of timeline when ordering from Pre Order and choose sizes according to that timeframe. You can also leave a note at checkout to confirm sizes once PreOrder arrives. If there is ever a problem with your order or an item you’ve received from me please feel free to email me and I’m more than happy to get things fixed up for you. I will only pay the shipping back to me and then back to you on a repair if it has been less than 1 month since you’ve received your order. If more than 1 month has gone by and you have a problem needing fixing I’m more than happy to fix it up for you with shipping at your expense. Unfortunately I do not know how items are handled once they leave my shop so I feel that this is very fair.
LAYAWAY
Introducing layaway! Pay half now - half later! This option is available during Pre Order ONLY. Half of the total amount is paid upon placing your order, and the remainder is due one month after the Pre Order closes! To utilize this option, please leave a note in your order stating you'll be using Layaway. Then choose EMT for payment during check out! You may EMT or PayPal half of the order total to the email in the prompt during check out. You will then be invoiced for the remaining half, which is due one month after the round closes!

SHOP HOURS
I am an ‘online only’ shop which means I only sell online. I do not have an actual store front. Because of this I am technically always in my shop because I work from home but that being said I am setting my hours going forward. I am a mom and a wife so I can’t physically be on my computer or phone 24/7. I do try my hardest to get to things in a timely manner, but going forward I am implementing the following ‘Hours of Operation’:

Monday - Friday - 9AM-4PM
Saturday - 1PM-3PM
Closed Sundays and ALL holidays.

You can message my page or email me with an order or question at any time but if it is outside of these hours I will not be responding until the following open day. I apologize if this is a problem for anyone but I need to have hours in the day to spend with my family as well.
Thank you SO much for stopping by!
